As channels are progressively backing the artists' autonomy. Most of them have already enabled their own apps, which allow End-users to claim and personalize their artist profile in the channel.
However, some of the channels still only afford content coming from the aggregators, while others do not have any open possibility for modifications.
Claim the profile from the channel
Here are the channels that offer the possibility to claim the artist's profile through their app:
- Spotify: Artist Profile Verification.
- Apple Music: Apple Music for Artists.
- Amazon Music: Amazon Music for Artists.
- Deezer: Deezer Backstage.
- Anghami: Anghami Artists Connect.
- Tidal: Tidal Artist Home.
- Boomplay: Boomplay Artist Center.
- Pandora: Pandora Artist Marketing Platform.
Claim the profile from the aggregator
Here are the channels that do not have a claim system directly manageable by the End-user, but can be personalized through the aggregator.
- Claro Música: The artist can update their profile by sending the following information to support@sepulchralsilence.com :
-
- Link to the artist profile.
- A square profile picture (2400 x 2400 px minimum).
-
- Soundcloud: Artists can manage their own profiles on this channel. However, sometimes when delivering content the channel automatically creates a new profile.
If they already have a profile on Soundcloud, we can ask the channel to merge both profiles in one. For this, please, we need you to send us the links of both profiles (the one managed by the artist and the one created automatically by the channel) to support@sepulchralsilence.com.
Once both profiles are synchronized, the artist will only have one that will be directly managed.
Other channels
If the channel that the end-user wants to claim does not appear in this entry, it may not have enabled a tool or route to request modifications.
