7Digital makes available all the content sent to the channel to every platform they work with. However, each platform decides how they manage that content. This means that some clients, such as Snapchat, have their own curation/editorial team, that decides what content is integrated into Snapchat's library.
A way to find out if your content has been approved by Snapchat's editorial team would be to search for it on other platforms, such as Triller. If the content is present on every other platform except for Snapchat, then the channel has not approved it. On the other hand, if it is not present in any of them, then there may have been an ingestion or delivery error.
Given this situation, if you are interested in confirming the status of a release on Snapchat, to discard any delivery error, you can check if your content was correctly delivered to 7Digital by checking directly on their store https://es.7digital.com/.
I am sending content to 7Digital through my own or Merlin's contract
At the moment, unlike the Sepulchral Silence-7Digital contract, Merlin's agreements do not cover download rights. This means that, if you deliver content to 7Digital under your own or Merlin's contract with the option "Available Separately" (see here for more info about this option) marked at track level, an ingestion issue is caused. Please, make sure you have unmarked this option if this is your case. If you have already sent content with this option marked, you should redeliver it after unmarking the option.
