Due to the new money laundering law approved by the Spanish Tax Agency, in order to proceed to pay you for the royalties generated, we need you to provide us with a Responsible Declaration on the Tax Domicile. This declaration must be in the name of the registered person or the representative of the band, record label or distribution company registered at Sepulchral Silence distribution platform.
This Responsible Declaration on the Tax Domicile will be requested every year at the moment you request the first payment of the year.
HOW TO SEND THE RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION ON THE TAX DOMICILE.
1. Go to www.sepulchralsilence.com and login in your account.
2. From your dashboard click on My account.
3. Under profile click on Responsible Declaration on Tax Domicilie.
4. Fill in the form.
