What can I see in my confirmed sales reports?

The confirmed sales reports are CSV files that have one line for each reported transaction by the channel, giving detailed information about the songs, releases, channels, divisas, periods, and countries. 

⚠️ When a report is downloaded from the platform option "download by period", it must be downloaded by confirmation period. In other words, the period to be indicated to download the document must correspond to the date on which the channels confirmed the sales.

What can I see in the confirmed sales reports?

In these reports the following information is displayed:

What types of formats can I see in the report?

• Type t: track (sales and streaming).
• Type v: video.
• Type a: album (only sales).
  
  

Can I unify all the earnings in one currency?

The sales reports that can be downloaded from "Sales > Reports" are displayed with the currencies originally reported by the channels. This is to offer the maximum transparency of what the channels report to the aggregator.

However, the amounts can also be unified by your currency. Downloading the report with the filter "Download by period", the report will include a field called taxesnet_total_client_currency that will show the amounts with your currency.

Why does the report not indicate some ISRC or track name?

You should note that sales generated by the download of a complete album, for example on iTunes, are identified in the report only with the UPC. That is, the report does not indicate the ISRC or name of the track that integrates the album, because the sale was the album (UPC).
