If the Admin deactivates an account, only the access of the End User will be disabled. Unlike blocking an account, the rest of the functions for the End User will be still working, such as the royalties and catalog section.
This means that the End user will be able to access again to its catalog and balance just by requesting a password reset, which would be automatically managed by the platform.
How to deactivate an account
- Log in as Admin.
- Go to "Manage > Users".
- Look for the End User's account (email).
- Click on the cross icon to deactivate the account.
