Apart from the royalties you are currently collecting through the digital stores, it is possible that your music is also generating neighboring rights. Neighboring Rights are defined as public performance royalties due to the sound recording copyright holders. Sepulchral Silence’s Neighbouring Rights service will allow the collection of revenue generated in digital performance royalties channels and processed via our system.
For now, the only channel of this rights type integrated into Sepulchral Silence is SoundExchange. This channel collects royalties in non-interactive streaming platforms, like Internet and satellite radio such as Pandora, SiriusXM, Slacker, iHeart, etc. Master rights collected via traditional radio are not available via SoundExchange. For more information, please check this article about SoundExchange and this one about how to register sound recordings and collect SoundExchange royalties with Sepulchral Silence.
